Return to Sport Update \u2013 17 February<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Nunawading Basketball is excited to announce a \u2018return to sport\u2019 following this morning\u2019s announcement by Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews regarding an easing of restrictions across the state.<\/p>\n (Wednesday 17 February) by the Victorian Government\u00a0\u00a0and Department of Health<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n We are pleased that\u00a0basketball\u00a0will be able to recommence\u00a0from\u00a0Thursday 18 February at 8:00am\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a0a COVID-Safe\u00a0<\/strong>level according to\u00a0the\u00a0Return to Sport Guidelines\u00a0(Version 10 \/ 17 February)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Following updates from the Victorian Government regarding the mandatory wearing of face masks while indoors, please note that for all Nunawading Basketball venues;<\/p>\n Approved face coverings must be worn by all patrons over the age of 12 years, while inside the venue, except for players or officials participating.<\/p>\n Coaches or other people in non-exertive roles must wear a face mask at all times unless a lawful exemption applies.<\/p>\n Face masks must be worn in indoor public spaces apart from when eating or drinking.<\/p>\n You must always carry a face mask with you when you leave home unless you have a lawful reason not to.<\/p>\n Nunawading Basketball is pleased to confirm that the following programs and competitions with resume per published schedules.<\/p>\n Forest Hill College Basketball Academy – Thursday 18 February On arrival at Nunawading Basketball venues, all patrons are required to check-in via the COVID-comply QR Code displayed on entrance. \u00a0This ensures sufficient attendance records are maintained over the coming months as we return to sport and will help keep us all on court.<\/p>\n RETURN TO SPORT REACTIVATION STATUS\u00a0\u2013 From\u00a0THURSDAY 18 FEBRUARY @ 8:00am<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n ALL AGES: COVID-Safe<\/strong><\/p>\n For an explanation on COVID-Safe<\/strong>,\u00a0click here for our updated Return to Sport Guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n In addition, this information will be distributed to participants who are registered in PlayHQ at 6pm today.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
