Welcome to the 2025 Basketball Victoria 3XCup at Nunawading Basketball, the association level 3×3 competition that allows teams to qualify from their local event into the \u2018State Qualifying\u2019 tournaments in the July holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n

To enter a team, entrants must know the date of birth of each participant, ensuring that every child is in the correct age group to establish a fair competition. Should they be found to be in the incorrect age group after fixturing, teams will be an automatic forfeit; meaning that they are allowed to play but <\/span>WILL NOT<\/i><\/b> have the opportunity to win any games. This is due to the advantage the team may pose to their competition, and that changing one team’s grade impacts the fixturing of every team that has entered. There are\u00a0NO\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>exceptions to this rule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Age groups will be based on each player’s age on\u00a0 31st December 2025, and are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

U11 – Born 2015, 2016, 2017<\/span><\/p>\n

U13 – Born 2013 & 2014<\/span><\/p>\n

U15 – Born 2011 & 2012<\/span><\/p>\n

U17 – Born 2009 & 2010<\/span><\/p>\n

U19 – Born 2007 & 2008<\/span><\/p>\n

Team entry is $80, with teams being responsible for finding all of the players in their team, and ensuring teams have a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 4. Each player is expected to register to their team ONE WEEK before the competition (APRIL 3rd 11:59pm) so that organisers can make sure every player has been registered correctly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note final grading will be based on review of all team entries and may vary from the option selected.<\/span><\/p>\n
