3X3 basketball is returning to Nunawading Basketball on Friday January 16 at Nunawading Basketball Centre!<\/p>\n
To enter a team, entrants must know the date of birth of each participant, ensuring that every child is in the correct age group to establish a fair competition. Should they be found to be in the incorrect age group after fixturing, teams will be an automatic forfeit; meaning that they are allowed to play but\u00a0WILL NOT<\/i><\/b>\u00a0have the opportunity to win any games. This is due to the advantage the team may pose to their competition, and that changing one team\u2019s grade impacts the fixturing of every team that has entered.<\/p>\n
Age groups will be based on each player\u2019s age on\u00a0 31st December 2026, and are as follows:<\/p>\n
U11 \u2013 Born 2016, 2017 & 2018<\/p>\n
U13 \u2013 Born 2014 & 2015<\/p>\n
U15 \u2013 Born 2012 & 2013<\/p>\n
U17 \u2013 Born 2010 & 2011<\/p>\n
U19 \u2013 Born 2008 & 2009<\/p>\n
Team entry is $80, with teams being responsible for finding all of the players in their team, and ensuring teams have a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 4.<\/p>\n
Please note final grading will be based on review of all team entries and may vary from the option selected.<\/p>\n
