Just an insight to the skill sessions that will be beginning this weekend. There will be 3 sessions until the end of the year

\n1st December
\n8th December \u2013 No session due to Annual Christmas BBQ at Nunawading. All players, parents, siblings and coaches welcome.<\/p>\n
These sessions will be a trial for us, so that we can make sure the skills sessions run efficiently and our players get the most out of them. We will be reviewing athlete numbers, venues, and coach numbers. These sessions will work to develop fundamental skills. 12 and 14 age groups will work on basic fundamentals, (ball handling, passing and shooting technique.) As well as individual and team offensive and defensive principles.<\/p>\n
In the 16 and 18 age group these skills will be based on positional work i.e., guard and post. Athletes in these age groups will be able to move between the two positions throughout the season.<\/p>\n
For the next 3 sessions age groups will be separated as follows-<\/p>\n
