Role of a Basketball Coach
A coach is responsible for:

Enhancing player development – technical, tactical, and personal growth

Developing team strategies – for both individuals and the squad as a whole

Creating a positive learning environment – supporting skill, confidence, and teamwork

Effective communication – building strong relationships with players, staff, and families
