UPDATED: SPECTRES TRYOUT SCHEDULE FRIDAY 7 OCTOBER

The Nunawading Spectres are excited to announce its Tryout Schedule Schedule for Friday 7 October, signaling the next phase of its U12-U18 Tryout process.

Over the past week, some of Victoria’s most talented young basketball players have vied for selection and we wish to thank all registered athletes for the way they have approached each session.

All age groups (except U16 Girls) will participate in IntraClub games across two timeslots. Some athletes will be required to play in both scheduled times, so please check the team lists below for multiple listings.

A reminder that per the Tryout Guidelines, these remain closed sessions with only registered athletes, coaches & selection staff along with Nunawading Basketball administration permitted entry into the venue.

As we are approaching the end of our Nunawading Spectres U12-U18 Tryout process, the coaching & selection panels will be looking to make their final team selections. At this point, per our Tryout Guidelines circulated prior to registration, we are now looking for a commitment from you to the Nunawading Spectres Representative Program. As such, please be advised that any non-attendance at this Friday’s Tryout & IntraClub Schedule, without prior notification, will result in you being ineligible for selection to a Nunawading Spectres team for the 2022/23 VJBL Season.

Additional Tryout Information
Since announcing our coaching lineup for the 2022/2023 VJBL season, we have received significant interest via our EOI to Tryout. Should a depth of talent suitable to playing representative basketball exist within an age group beyond our original forecast, we do have the ability to add teams where required and have a number of coaches on standby should we need positions filled.

Nunawading Spectres Registration Fees
The Nunawading Spectres Registration fees for the 2022 season will be $575 per child. (Inc. GST).

• $300 will be due by 21^ST October paid through PlayHQ.
• $275 will be due by 5^日 February paid through PlayHQ.
• There will be no other payment plans available.

The registration acceptance link will be emailed upon finalisation of team selection and constitutes acceptance of your place in the Nunawading Spectres Program for 2022 season as well as payment of the first instalment, or full payment.
