KINGSLEY BOX
Nunawading, Victoria – The Nunawading Spectres are pleased to announce the signing of former Spectre Kingsley Box for the 2026 NBL1 South season, marking a return to The Graveyard after a season away from the club.
Box rejoins the Spectres following the 2025 campaign with his junior club, the Frankston Blues, where he continued to develop into an impactful offensive presence. Across the season, Box averaged 11.36 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.14 assists per game, highlighted by a season-high 29-point performance in Frankston’s final outing against Diamond Valley.
Having previously worn the red, white and blue, Box’s familiarity with the Spectres program and culture makes his return a seamless fit as the club builds toward the 2026 season. Spectres Head Coach Andrew Cutler welcomed the signing, highlighting Box’s offensive impact and fit within the group.
“It’s great to welcome Kingsley back,” Cutler said. “He has the capacity to be a dynamic offensive player who complements our group of wing players very well.”
Box’s return adds another familiar face to the Spectres lineup as the club continues to shape its roster ahead of the 2026 NBL1 South campaign.
